The two countries with lowest corruption rate, according to the Corruption Perception Index 2013,namely Denmark and New Zealand, approved that information accession is the most relevant criteria for political system consolidation. Transparency International&nbsp; Croatia&nbsp;&nbsp;wants<strong>&nbsp; that this right to access information do not&nbsp; just stay&nbsp;&bdquo;The Right&ldquo; and the Commissary Office just one more new institution.
