Because of that association is supporting the&nbsp;announced changes,&nbsp;thanks to which the pre-bankruptcy settle<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">ment will be regulated by new Bankruptcy law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <em>&nbsp;&quot;Pre-bankruptcy settlement showed how much&nbsp;space were left for malversations. Procedures followed by the great nontransperency too.
